Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager works closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage recruitment, selection, and on boarding processes.
Handle employee relations issues and resolve workplace conflicts.
Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll-related activities.
Coordinate employee training, development, and career growth programs.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance management systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support organizational change initiatives and workforce planning.
Promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data for decision-making.
Manage disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and termination procedures.
