Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution
  • Design and implement performance management systems
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Lead compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives
  • Supervise and mentor the HR team
  • Oversee training and development programs
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and analytics for decision-making


Requirements:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Adaptability to the informal sector.
  • Ability to move across the company locations.


Location: Agric Road, Oko-Oba, Ifako Ijaiye, Lagos State. (Proximity to location is key.)
