Employment Information

Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback systems
  • Handle employee relations issues, addressing grievances and ensuring workplace harmony
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics as required

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in an HR role
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labor laws
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIPM) is an added advantage


Remuneration: NGN 250,000 Monthly Net
