These positions demand a strong commitment to fostering student learning and preparing students for the dynamic ICT sector. Key Qualifications and Experience Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five (5) credits, including English Language, Mathematics, and Science.

Master’s Degree in ICT, ICT Education, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Studies Education, or a related ICT/computing field, as evaluated by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA).

Teaching Methodology qualification or an equivalent recognized teaching-related certification. Valid TEVETA Accreditation Certificate.

Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant teaching or industry experience. Professional Competencies Proficiency in delivering ICT-related courses covering both theory and practical components.

Capability to develop comprehensive teaching and assessment materials, including schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment instruments. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to the College’s academic environment.
