KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Relationship Management
  • Utilizing a consultative, relationship-based approach to secure orders and build long-term loyalty within an assigned territory.
2. Strategic business development
  • Actively identifying and capturing new business opportunities to expand the brand's footprint.
3. Customer Advocacy:
  • Guiding clients through the product portfolio to ensure they select the most effective and suitable options for their unique requirements.
4. Market Intelligence:
  • Serving as a vital feedback loop by reporting on competitive landscapes, customer pain points, and potential areas for service innovation.
5. Continuous improvement:
  • Maintaining a high level of expertise regarding industry shifts, advertising trends, and new product developments to ensure a sophisticated sales delivery.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate the challenges of the assigned market.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence and build trust.

  • Demonstrates integrity, ownership, resilience, and a willingness to go the extra mile.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) required, , diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Management, preferred
  • A valid Driver’s License and a willingness to travel within the assigned Representative Area.
  • Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years in Sales roles, preferably within the FMCG or related industry.
