- Take full charge of the sales department’s daily management, formulate sales plans, arrange teamwork, and supervise daily sales operations.
- Lead, manage, and train the sales team, motivate team members, optimize team working status, and drive the overall development and growth of the sales team.
- Be fully accountable for the department’s sales performance, complete the company's annual and monthly sales targets, and formulate effective sales promotion strategies.
- Oversee the whole sales process of bathroom products (bathtubs, wash basins, and other sanitary ware), including customer development, business negotiation, order follow-up, and after-sales management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics, adjust sales strategies promptly, expand market channels, and improve team sales volume and customer repurchase rate.
- Regularly summarize sales data, report department operation status and performance progress to the company, and solve teamwork problems promptly.
