Learn how to provide essential administrative and operational support to the Consulting Department, ensuring efficient execution of Consulting processes.
Key Outputs:
Administrative Support:
- Assist Consultants with Fund Documents, Section 14 Transfers, and general typing
- Collect and compile data for inclusion in agenda packs
- Draft and bind agenda packs for trustee meetings
- Prepare draft minutes of meetings
Client Service & Communication:
- Handle and follow up on client queries, ensuring timely resolution
- Liaise extensively with the administration and other departments to facilitate seamless communication
- Answer and manage incoming telephone calls professionally
Meeting Coordination
- Arrange and attend meetings as required.
- Take minutes and ensure accurate record keeping of discussions and action items
Qualifications:
- BCom/BA in Economics and Statistics
