Manager – Internal Audit:

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications The Manager – Internal Audit position is a senior role responsible for overseeing the internal audit function to promote effective governance, risk management, and internal controls.

This role is critical for guiding audit operations in alignment with international standards. Lead the development and review of the Internal Audit Charter and audit procedures manual.

Develop and manage comprehensive audit plans and conduct special and planned audit assignments. Conduct compliance, systems, and performance audits to ensure adherence to legislation, policies, and objectives.

Coordinate the preparation and updating of the institutional risk register and risk management framework. Produce timely internal audit and management reports to support informed decision-making.

Oversee work plans and implement performance management systems to monitor and enhance team performance. Manage human, financial, and other resources efficiently to achieve organizational goals.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Full Grade 12 Certificate.
• Chartered Accountant Zambia qualification or equivalent.
• Membership in the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a management role.
• Strong technical report writing and effective communication skills in English.
• Supervisory abilities, computer literacy, analytical, interpersonal skills, and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of ICT audits and internal audit certification is an advantage.

Internal Auditor – ICT:

Qualifications:

Driver:

• Maintain accurate log books and prepare accident reports promptly.
• Inspect, clean, and report vehicle faults to ensure roadworthiness and safety.

Qualifications:

• Full Grade 12 Certificate.
• Valid Drivers’ License class C.
• Minimum 2 years relevant driving experience.
• Ability to write reports and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer literacy, trustworthiness, confidentiality, initiative, and alertness.
