Overview

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Internal Sales Representative to join a fast-paced, growth-focused team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on targets, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is passionate about sales and customer service.

You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, converting inbound leads, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads and email enquiries
  • Close sales and manage the full sales funnel
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct follow-ups and drive customer accountability
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain CRM system and ensure accurate data capture
  • Compile and submit weekly sales reports

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales (beverage industry advantageous)
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet targets
  • Experience using a CRM system
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
