- Knowledge of health and safety requirements.
- Knowledge of Wage program.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer quotes and orders received telephonically or per email.
- Communicate to customers about changes in the industry.
- Assist sales reps with quotes, orders and customer enquiries.
- Assist operations manager with quotes, orders, enquires etc.
- Assist with month end stock take reports.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments.
- Assist debtor’s controller with account queries when required.
- Assist with GRN’s scans and load documents to One Drive.
- Assist with IT problems internal as well as for Sybaweb.
