A well-established company in the hydraulics sector is looking for a knowledgeable Internal Sales professional who understands the industry and can confidently support clients with technical enquiries, quotations, and product-related solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with strong hydraulics exposure who enjoys working in a fast-paced technical environment and building strong customer relationships from within the office.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Previous experience within the hydraulics industry
- Internal sales or customer support experience in a technical environment
- Strong product knowledge and ability to assist clients confidently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Job Experience & Skills Required
- Processing quotations, orders, and customer enquiries
- Providing technical product support and recommendations
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with external sales and operations teams
- Exposure to hydraulic components, systems, hoses, fittings, cylinders, pumps, or related products advantageous
- Computer literacy and experience with ERP or sales systems beneficial
