Our client, a well-established company in the steel industry based in Boksburg, is looking for a reliable and driven Internal Sales Representative to join their close-knit team. This role is ideal for someone with solid industry experience who is hands-on, takes initiative, and is eager to grow into an external sales position over time. Minimum requirements:

• Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide prompt, professional assistance
• Prepare accurate quotations on steel products and follow up to secure orders
• Process sales orders and ensure smooth coordination through to delivery
• Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients
• Assist with general sales administration and support the team where needed
• Identify opportunities to grow sales within the existing customer base
• Liaise with external sales and other departments to meet customer requirements
• Keep records of customer interactions and sales activity up to date
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Support business operations in a small team where flexibility and accountability are key
