Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Promote and sell a range of engineering materials and industrial products
- Understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct regular client visits and site meetings
- Provide market feedback and identify industry trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment and service delivery
Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales within an industrial, engineering, or technical environment
- Strong understanding of mechanical components, materials, or engineering supplies (advantageous)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
