The ideal candidate will bring 1 – 3 years’ experience and proven expertise in business analysis within an IT or manufacturing environment, with strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, data analysis, and process mapping. A relevant NQF Level 7 qualification (Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Warehousing Management Systems, Enterprise Resource Planning), along with advanced Excel, SQL, and strong problem-solving skills, will be essential for success in this role.
