IT Service Delivery Officer

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Officer.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management ITSM, Enterprise Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, Security Operations, and Managed Services.
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting the ITIL Framework.
• Experience managing Service Level Agreements SLAs and ensuring service performance meets agreed targets.
• Strong understanding of Incident Management, Change Management, and Capacity Management processes.
• Experience with Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and Service Monitoring.
• Knowledge of Vendor Management and Security Governance best practices.
• Experience working in Network Operations Centre NOC and/or Security Operations Centre SOC environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with IT service management tools and reporting.

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation Required
• ITIL 4 Managing Professional Preferred
• Project Management Professional PMP Preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree B.Sc./B.Tech./HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations, or Service Delivery.
