IT SUPPORT & GRAPHICS TECHNICIAN
Roles and responsibility
- Diagnose, repair and maintain computers (laptops & desktops)
- Install and configure software and operating systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Create graphics for marketing materials, social media and branding
- Provide excellent technical support and customer service
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in IT, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in computer repairs (hardware & software)
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW or Canva)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Passion for technology and creativity
