Hire Resolve's client is looking for a IT Technician to join their team in Pietermaritzburg. The Main Purpose of the function is to provide a wide range of services to implement, support, repair, and maintain the organization’s information technology systems in line with agreed standards.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting.
- System Maintenance, Backups & Upgrades.
- Network Support & Monitoring.
- Security & Compliance.
- Customer Service & Communication.
- Documentation & Reporting.
- Training interventions.
- Continuous learning and adaptability in Information Technology.
- Comply with the requirements of ISO and Quality management Systems
Requirements: - Grade 12 with Core Maths and Science.
- A National Diploma in Information Technology.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good coordinating and liaison skills
- Good IT Knowledge and ability to learn on the jo
- Ability to work co-operatively with a team
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suite of Applications
- Driver’s License
