Key Responsibilities Assist technicians and installers with on-site installations and maintenance projects. Support the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software. Provide basic technical support and resolve technical issues under supervision. Perform equipment inspections, testing, and fault finding. Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and client requirements. Maintain accurate records of work completed and service activities. Travel to customer sites as required. Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times. Minimum Requirements A+ and N+ certifications (or equivalent relevant qualifications). 2–3 years' experience in a technical support or technician role. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems. Valid driver's licence. Own reliable vehicle. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills Experience working in field service or customer-facing technical environments. Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting experience. Willingness to learn and grow within a technical career path.
