Essential Criteria:
- Speak read and write Italian together with English
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Responding to customer queries by telephone, email and online chats in Italian Language
- Handling and taking full responsibility for customer related queries

- Home based (Training runs for a period of 11 Weeks, fully remote)
Working hours:
- Monday – Friday (07h00 - 19h00) 8 hours a day
Salary:
- R190 000 CTC per annum + additional monthly incentives up to R4000.00 per month.
