This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong scientific knowledge with exceptional relationship-building and business development skills. You will serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare providers, promoting innovative In-Vitro Diagnostic solutions and helping laboratories expand their diagnostic capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company's In-Vitro Diagnostic IVD products and solutions to hospitals, diagnostic centers, laboratories, and healthcare institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with laboratory managers, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions for prospective clients.
  • Identify and develop new strategies to expand market presence.
  • Provide product education and basic technical support to customers to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related life science discipline.
  • Valid professional license or registration where applicable.
  • Previous experience in IVD sales is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in medical device sales, healthcare business development, or laboratory operations is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of diagnostic laboratory workflows and clinical applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to build lasting professional relationships.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
