Job Description:
- The Financial Manager will act as the second-in-command to the Group Financial Manager, overseeing a team of approximately 15 accountants and clerks
- The role is centred on delivering accurate and insightful management accounts, supporting business decision-making, and driving efficiencies across the finance function
- With a strong focus on process improvement and automation, the successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing systems, streamlining workflows, and supporting the evolution of a modern, tech-enabled finance environment.
Skills & Experience: - CA(SA)
- Retail or high-volume environment exposure advantageous
- Strong management accounting and commercial acumen
- Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Interest in automation and finance technology, with exposure to tools such as Power BI, Python, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and develop a team effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proactive, innovative, and solutions-driven mindset
Qualification:- CA(SA)
- Honours Degree in Accounting
