The QS shall be working as part of a busy team
effectively managing all the cost relating to building and civil engineering
projects.
The duties includes determining client needs, calculation costs &
timelines and monitoring construction progress.

Prepare cost estimates / cost plans

Request quote from suppliers & contractors

Prepare interim valuations , cost reports and monitor
project costs

Work on quotations / tenders

Take off quantities of materials

Prepare claims / invoices / credit notes

Follow up of Performance Bonds and Advance payment guarantee
Process payment of subcontractors
