Requirements
Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
1-3 years' of work experience.
Ability to communicate, present and influence on all levels of the organisation.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from initiation to completion.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
Target driven and competitive
Must be able to use their own initiative when it comes to developing new business by thinking out of the box.
Must have their own valid driver's license and vehicle.
Responsibilities
Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and actions plans.
Driving and achieving annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
Achieve/exceed monthly annual targets as set out in the monthly/annual budgets.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
