Lead Courier

We Are Hiring!

We are looking for Lead Couriers to join our Operations Team in Lusaka.

If you are experienced, reliable and have 2-3 years courier/rider experience with a valid Motorcycle Rider’s Licence, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise couriers/riders within the assigned area.
• Ensure all parcels are properly handled and accounted for.
• Assist with route planning and daily dispatch coordination.
• Monitor rider attendance, productivity and conduct.
• Ensure strict compliance with road safety and company procedures.
• Ensure riders wear helmets and use company motorcycles responsibly.
• Report lost/damaged parcels, accidents, cash discrepancies and other incidents immediately.
• Deliveries in respective routes.
• Managing of team of 10 couriers.
• Support the training and supervision of new couriers.

Requirements

• 2-3 years courier/rider experience.
• Valid Motorcycle Rider’s Licence.
• Experienced and reliable.
