Managing LMS (user access, enrolments, content, reporting)
Driving standardization and scalability of training
Supporting onboarding journey design (90-day capability model)
Converting SOPs and operational content into structured training solutions
Leveraging AI tools to accelerate content development and improve learning delivery
Qualification & Skills
Relevant qualification in L&D, HR, Education, or related field
4–6 years’ experience in instructional design / digital learning
Experience with LMS platforms
Strong eLearning development capability
Ability to translate technical content into practical learning
Experience using or willingness to adopt AI tools for content development
