An established law firm is seeking a Litigation Secretary to join their professional legal team. The ideal candidate will be an organised and detail-oriented individual with solid experience in High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation, able to manage case files efficiently and provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to attorneys.

✅ Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Litigation Secretary within a law firm.
✅ Proficient in High Court and Magistrate’s Court procedures.
✅ Strong computer literacy (MS Office, LegalSuite / GhostPractice or similar).
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✅ Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
