Position Overview:
This is a one-month internship program. Successful candidates who perform well during the internship will be onboarded as full-time Loans & Collections Officers.
Reports to: Branch Manager
Requirement
Minimum Qualification: At least a Diploma in any field
Key Responsibilities:
-Generate revenue through consistent delivery of monthly disbursement targets: customer acquisition via daily marketing/field outreach, site visits and onboarding.
-Assess and process loan applications
-Explain loan products and terms clearly
-Maintain high-quality client relationships for repeat business and portfolio growth
-Achieve individual and team targets for new customers, disbursements, collection rates and portfolio performance
-Promote ethical lending and compliance with company policies.
-Achieve high collection rates and low portfolio at risk through proactive follow up and relationship management
