Stunning Safari Collection in Namibia is looking for an outstanding LODGE MANAGER. Overseeing and guiding overall operations of the lodge and exercise leadership skills to supervise staff on behalf of lodge management and be knowledgeable in assisting with administrative duties. Have knowledge of the various lodge operation departments to assist and organize staff during the working day when necessary. Core Criteria: Minimum of 5 years experience in Lodge Management Qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management or relevant field will be an added advantage Knowledge of the Innkeeper system will be an added advantage Additional languages other than English preferable Valid Driver’s License preferable Passionate about the Environment A passion for hosting guests Ability to mentor and train team members on all levels Always maintaining high service standards Business orientated Problem-solving skills Organized Excellent time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Logistical planning ability Ability to analyze and control costs, losses Stress and pressure resilient Budget management skills Conflict resolution Candidate Responsibilities: Ensure the lodge is operational within operating budget Organize and supervise the team to perform as an efficient team and perform up to standard Organize and supervise all team members on the lodge to exercise their duties and responsibilities Benefits include: Meals Medical aid Pension; death and funeral benefit Work cycle 24 days on property & 7 days off
