MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Packhouse
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture or related field (advantageous)
- Previous packhouse management experience (preferably in Avo’s)
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude; knowledge of processing & packaging essential
- Ability to manage and motivate a large workforce.
- Previous cold room experience
- Sound knowledge of export logistics.
Farm Maintenance- Relevant Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
- Min of 3 years previous experience in this field
- Computer literate
- Mechanically and maintenance orientated essential.
- Proven experience in maintaining the following.
- General maintenance
- Electrical
- Servicing of tractors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with and motivate a team.
- Valid driver’s license
