Coastal Reserve in the Western Cape is looking for an experienced couple.
General Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in 5-star properties
- Own transport
- Valid driver’s licence (essential)
- Strong team management and time management skills
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking with the ability to think on their feet
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Outgoing personalities with strong guest engagement and hosting skills
Requirements
Role 1 of the couple:
- Level 1 Marine Guide Qualification (or Level 1 with Marine to be completed within 6 months of employment) – all guiding qualifications must be up to date and valid
- First Aid Level 1
- Strong maintenance and vehicle maintenance skills
- Excellent hosting skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Basic HR knowledge
- Valid PDP
Role 2 of the couple:
- Strong hosting skills
- All-rounder knowledge across departments (advantageous)
- PAN knowledge (essential)
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Basic HR knowledge
- Strong administrative skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Driver’s licences would be an advantage
