Motus Daimler Trucks Airport currently has a vacancy for a Manager: Administration (Service). Reporting directly to the Manager: Service.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Ability to control resources at a level commensurate with profit requirements and enhanced customer relations.
- Ability to maximize departmental profitability through the sale of labour and associated products to franchise and non-franchise customers.
- Supervision of staff, management of performance, discipline and other staff management related functions. Have staff Performance Development Plans for each staff
- Ability to ensure Service Department achieves budget objectives through daily, weekly and monthly monitoring and control of accounts, operating controls and composite figures.
- Ability to ensure efficient operation of the Service Department through efficient labour utilization, productivity and sales.
- Strong Knowledge of Warranty and Maintenance claiming and KPIs, ensure claims are handled timeously and ensure OEM compliance
- Ability to ensure excellence in customer service.
- Ability to maintain effective control of expenses through monthly examination of management accounts to ensure expenditure for the Service Department is in line with budgeted labour sales

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Matric
- A minimum of 3-years’ Service Admin Manager’s experience is essential
- Daimler Management Certification will be an added advantage
- Daimler Truck & Bus Product Knowledge a MUST (Mercedes-Benz Trucks, FUSO & Mercedes Benz Vans)
- Valid Driver’s License C1, EC will be an added advantage
- Fully computer literate
- Autoline experience will be beneficial.
