Key Responsibilities

Legal and Company Secretarial Functions

  • Provide company secretarial services.
  • Advise on legal, regulatory and compliance issues
  • Represent the Company in civil and criminal matters before courts and administrative bodies.
  • Process defaulting clients for court action

Human Resources and Administration

  • Formulate, review and manage Human Resource policies, procedures and systems
  • Ensure staff compliance with Company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate staff training, orientation, performance management and professional development initiatives.
  • Coordinate recruitments, screening applications, preliminary interviews and hiring activities.
  • Oversee the management of security services, vehicle fleet, stores and other resources.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized institution.
  • Qualification to practice law in Ghana and membership in good standing with the Ghana Bar Association.
  • A minimum of five (5) years' relevant post-call experience in legal practice, human resource management and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws, corporate governance principles and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant business software.
