Key Responsibilities
Legal
and Company Secretarial Functions
- Provide company secretarial
services.
- Advise on legal, regulatory and
compliance issues
- Represent the Company in civil
and criminal matters before courts and administrative bodies.
- Process defaulting clients for
court action
Human
Resources and Administration
- Formulate, review and manage Human Resource policies,
procedures and systems
- Ensure staff compliance with Company policies,
procedures and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate staff training, orientation, performance
management and professional development initiatives.
- Coordinate recruitments, screening
applications, preliminary interviews and hiring activities.
- Oversee the management of
security services, vehicle fleet, stores and other resources.
Qualifications
and Experience
- A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized
institution.
- Qualification to practice law in Ghana and membership
in good standing with the Ghana Bar Association.
- A minimum of five (5) years' relevant post-call
experience in legal practice, human resource management and
administration.
- Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws, corporate
governance principles and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication and
interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational and
problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other
relevant business software.
