Responsibilities:
Marketing & Brand Promotion:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Increase brand awareness through online and offline marketing activities.
- Create and distribute marketing materials and promotional content.
- Support digital marketing initiatives including social media campaigns.
Business Development & Sales Support:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market visits and client presentations.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify customer needs and market trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve market positioning.
Customer Relationship Management:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
Maintain customer databases and engagement records.
Gather customer feedback to improve service delivery.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance and marketing ROI.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Track sales and customer acquisition performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years marketing or sales experience.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is an advantage.
- Proven ability to achieve sales or marketing targets.
