- Assist in coordinating doctor engagement initiatives and events.
- Maintain and update databases of doctors, specialists, and healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate GP visits, presentations, and networking events.
- Assist with the preparation of engagement materials and communication campaigns.
- Assist with post-campaign evaluations and performance tracking.
- Monitor industry trends and provide regular updates to the marketing team.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
- Track campaign performance metrics and prepare summary reports.
- Coordinate with media suppliers, designers, and agencies.
- Monitor advertising placements and campaign deadlines.
