About the Role.

The company is a residential/commercial/industrial cleaning Services Company helping homes, offices, and businesses stay spotless.

The Marketing Officer is to bring in new clients, grow our brand, and keep our existing customers happy.

He will own both online and offline marketing with clear targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Generate leads through Google, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and offline channels like estates, offices, and referrals.
  • Follow up on inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and email. Turn them into bookings.
  • Work with the operations team to quote jobs and close deals.

Digital Marketing & Content Run and manage Meta ads + Google My Business to attract “cleaning services near me” searches.

  • Create content: before/after photos, client testimonials, reels showing our cleaning process. Post 
  • 3-4x weekly on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. 
  • Keep the feed professional + trustworthy.
  • Manage WhatsApp Business catalog and broadcast lists.

Branding & Offline Marketing Design flyers, banners, and branded uniforms with our logo/colors.  Partner with estate managers, facility managers, and event planners for B2B contracts.

  • Represent the company at local markets, trade fairs, and networking events.

Customer Retention Set up WhatsApp/SMS reminders for repeat cleaning, post-service follow-up, and referral requests. Collect Google reviews and testimonials. Target: 4.8+ rating. Track customer feedback and report common complaints to ops team.

Reporting Weekly report: leads, bookings, ad spend, cost per lead, revenue from marketing.

  • Monthly plan: campaigns, budget, and targets for next month.
  • Requirements Must-have: 1-3 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or customer service. Cleaning industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Proven ability to run Meta/Facebook ads and manage 
  • WhatsApp Business. Strong writing + phone skills. You can sell on a call and write catchy captions. Basic design skills: Canva for flyers/posts. Video editing is a plus.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented. 
  • He must be comfortable with weekly lead/revenue targets. Lives in and can move around for on-site promos.
