- Marketing & Customer Relations Management towards the actualization Of Branch's Business Goals & Objectives.
Key AccountabiIities
- Manage CRM functions.
- Support the collection, collation and analysis Of Prospects/customers data for informed marketing decision making.
- Support the actualization of set Branch's Marketing and sales Goals/ Objectives.
- Support lead generation and conversion process to achieve S/N3 above.
- Sustain and improve on Brand reputation.
Experience Qualifications
- First Degree in any field. Degree in Computer Science and related fields is an advantage.
- A minirnum of 1 year proven experience in
- Marketing and Customer Relations Managernent in a corporate environrnent.
- Generic understanding Of the Nigerian ICT Education Sector is a plus.
- Must be ICT and Social Media Savvy
