Responsibilities:
- Market and promote hotel rooms, facilities, and services.
- Generate room bookings from corporate and individual clients.
- Source and refer events such as conferences, seminars, weddings, birthdays, meetings, and other social gatherings.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate organizations, travel agencies, event planners, and businesses.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Promote the hotel through digital marketing, social media, and direct sales activities.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Submit weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Meet and exceed agreed sales targets.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an OND in marketing, hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in hotel sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing.
- Self-motivated and result-orientated.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 – 150,000 Monthly (based on experience and performance).
