Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.
- Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and brand communication.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Track and analyse marketing performance and prepare reports for management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing or brand management.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and related channels.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools is an advantage.
