MARKETING OFFICER & CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
ABOUT US:
We are a dynamic local software firm based in Bulawayo, developing innovative
software solutions for businesses across Zimbabwe. We’re looking for a talented
and driven professional to join our growing team.
THE ROLE:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Officer (Poly Diploma or National Certificate holder) to:
• Market our software solutions across different market segments
• Source new business opportunities by identifying clients and sectors needing
software solutions
• Support sales efforts – assist in pitching products and closing deals
• Provide client support – handle customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and
satisfaction
• Support new project development – liaise between clients and our development
team
• Build client relationships – maintain and expand our customer base
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Poly Diploma or National Certificate in Marketing, Business, or related field
(or equivalent experience)
• Degree in Marketing is an added advantage
• Digital Marketing qualification (certificate or diploma)
• Computer literate (MS Office, email, internet, CRM tools)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Client-facing experience is a plus
• Proactive, self-motivated, and ready to contribute to a dynamic team
