Marketing Officer
Royale Housing Projects Trust (RHPT) is a Property Developer, which has successfully developed and implemented housing projects around the country, with a mission to create and deliver high quality accommodation.. We are inviting suitably qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the position of Marketing Officer – Preferably in Rusape, Mutare, Bulawayo, Harare, Chivhu, Mutoko.
Responsibilities
Drive Sales growth by performing market research.
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings and other information that would impact the growth of organizational sales.
Manage online marketing campaigns and sales leads from digital platforms
Follow up on prospective customers and convert lead into sales.
Assist in the development of the organization’s Marketing Plan and Business Development Plan to enhance brand visibility and increase sales.
Promoting communication and marketing through social media.
Expectations
The incumbent will be expected to achieve monthly sales targets. To also execute impactful growth strategies that reach diaspora market.
Required qualifications and experience
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
At least 3 years’ experience of working in a sales and marketing environment and a track record of good performance.
Qualification in digital marketing is a plus.
Property negotiating skills is also an added advantage.
Proven experience in sales preferably in properties/ land development.
