We’re hiring a Social Media & Content Specialist to help make Ello Technology impossible to ignore.

This is not a “post when you feel inspired” role. This is a structured, high-output execution role focused on building brand trust, strengthening customer communication, and creating consistent market visibility.

Your Core Outcome

Build and maintain a consistent content and communication engine that strengthens Ello Technology’s visibility, credibility, and trust through structured daily output.


What You’ll Own

  • Daily social content across Facebook and LinkedIn using a structured posting model
  • Customer communication through Zoho Marketing, including newsletters and campaigns
  • The Wix website as a trust hub, including proof, blogs, and case studies
  • Brand consistency across templates, profiles, and customer-facing assets
  • Proof creation from real business wins and customer outcomes

How You’re Measured

  • 95%+ publishing consistency
  • 6 structured posts per day delivered consistently
  • Minimum 2 blogs or case studies per month
  • 10+ proof assets created per week
  • Newsletter delivered on time
  • Near-zero errors across formatting, links, spelling, and brand consistency

This role is about structured output and credibility building — not vanity marketing.

By Day 90:

  • You have established a consistent daily posting rhythm across all channels
  • You are producing structured, high-quality content aligned to the Ello brand
  • You are maintaining the website as a credible trust hub with current content
  • You are delivering newsletters and campaigns consistently through Zoho
  • You are capturing and converting proof into usable content weekly
  • Your output is reliable, structured, and delivered with high attention to detail

Targets and Scoreboard

  • 95%+ publishing consistency
  • 6 structured posts per day
  • Minimum 2 blogs or case studies per month
  • 10+ proof assets created per week
  • Monthly newsletter delivered on time
  • Near-zero errors across all published content
  • Consistent daily execution across all assigned channels

Key Responsibilities

Daily Social Output and Community Growth

  • Publish 6 structured posts per day across defined content categories
  • Maintain a weekly content plan with approvals where required
  • Monitor comments and route inbound messages to the correct internal owners
  • Support audience growth through consistent, relevant content

Customer Communication (Zoho Marketing)

  • Send monthly newsletters on time
  • Create content focused on value, proof, and business improvement
  • Segment audiences correctly (clients, prospects, partners)
  • Run one additional monthly campaign (referral, advocacy, or reactivation)

Wix Website Trust Hub Maintenance

  • Maintain pages across services, proof, blogs, and case studies
  • Publish at least 2 blogs or case studies per month
  • Ensure strong on-page hygiene (titles, links, mobile responsiveness)
  • Keep the website current, clear, and credible

Brand Consistency and Asset Management

  • Maintain consistent templates and visual standards across all content
  • Standardise and review email signatures
  • Support internal brand initiatives and customer-facing assets
  • Apply and maintain approved tone, messaging, and positioning

Proof Capture and Credibility Building

  • Interview internal team members weekly to capture wins
  • Convert wins into testimonials, proof posts, and mini case studies
  • Maintain a backlog of at least 30 proof assets ready for use
  • Ensure proof is consistently captured and turned into content

Non-Negotiables

  • Strong Wix proficiency (pages, blogs, mobile checks, SEO basics)
  • Zoho Marketing experience (campaigns, newsletters, segmentation)
  • Graphic design ability (Canva or similar, templates, layout discipline)
  • Strong writing ability (clear, structured, human, proof-driven)
  • High attention to detail across all content
  • Consistent execution and ownership
  • Ability to work within systems and maintain structure
