Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
- Promote and sell company products within assigned regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Ensure proper product visibility and availability in the market
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales/marketing, preferably in FMCG (food & beverage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good knowledge of the assigned state/market
- Must be result-oriented and self-motivated
Remuneration: NGN 180,000 Monthly
