MOBILE DEVELOPER INTERN (REACT NATIVE)
LILONGWE, MALAWI
OVERVIEW
DreamweaveMW is seeking a Mobile Developer Intern to help deliver fast, polished mobile experiences to users across Malawi and the region. You will work closely with our engineering team to build and maintain our React Native application for Android and iOS.
THE ROLE INVOLVES
• Mobile application development using React Native
• Integration of backend APIs and third-party services
• Mobile UI/UX implementation
• Performance optimization and debugging
• Collaboration with backend engineers and designers
REQUIREMENTS
• React Native
• TypeScript and JavaScript
• REST API integration in mobile applications
• Mobile state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API)
• Mobile performance optimization and debugging
• Git and version control workflows
NICE TO HAVE
• Geolocation and maps integration
• Push notifications (FCM/APNs)
• Offline caching strategies
• Supabase or Firebase experience
• Android and/or iOS app publishing experience
A qualification or current enrollment in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
