Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician (Roofing, Ceiling & Wall Repairs

VACANCY: MULTI-SKILLED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (ROOFING, CEILINGS & WALL REPAIRS)

We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out roof repairs and maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
Repair and replace damaged ceilings.
Conduct wall repairs, including plastering, crack repairs, and finishing.
Inspect buildings and identify maintenance issues.
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure structures remain safe and functional.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Complete maintenance reports and job records.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests.

Minimum Requirements

Proven experience in roofing, ceiling installation/repairs, and wall repairs.
Ability to diagnose and resolve structural maintenance issues.
Knowledge of construction materials and repair techniques.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physically fit and willing to work at heights where required.
Valid Class 4 driver’s licence is an added advantage.
