Job Details

The purpose of this role is to strengthen our brand’s visual brand presence by delivering high-quality multimedia, digital, presentation, campaign and communication assets that support business, employee engagement and customer-facing objectives. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Design digital assets for websites, social media, emailers, paid media, digital banners and internal digital channels.
  • Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats, sizes and platform specifications.
  • Ensure digital assets are optimised for readability, accessibility, file size and platform requirements.

The Multimedia Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality visual communication across digital platforms, supporting marketing campaigns, internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, corporate branding, training programmes, events, and business communications.

The role combines graphic design, multimedia production, motion graphics, presentation design, brand management, video editing, creative project management, supplier coordination, and marketing operations to ensure consistent, engaging, and impactful brand execution across all communication channels.

The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, agencies, and leadership teams to develop creative solutions that support business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of visual excellence.

Duties / Responsibilities

Creative Design & Multimedia Production

  • Design and deliver creative assets across digital and print platforms.
  • Design marketing collateral including brochures, posters, banners, flyers, presentations, infographics, email marketing graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Produce engaging multimedia content including motion graphics, animations, video content, and visual storytelling assets.
  • Create graphics and visual assets for internal communications.
  • Create illustrations and visual assets where required.
  • Bring campaigns to life through strong conceptualisation and visual execution.
  • Produce high-quality, on-brand creative under tight deadlines.
  • Manage projects from initial brief through to final rollout.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and creative direction across campaigns and business initiatives.

Content planning and creative briefing process

  • Interpret creative briefs and ask clarifying questions to align on objectives, audience, message, channel and deadline.
  • Contribute to creative concepts, campaign look-and-feel, storyboards and visual direction.
  • Maintain an organised workflow for briefs, approvals, version control and final asset delivery.

 Asset management and file governance

  • Maintain a structured digital asset library, including templates, logos, brand files, editable artwork and final approved assets.
  • Ensure correct naming conventions, version control, file formats and archiving creative work.
  • Prepare and package artwork files correctly for print, digital, video and supplier/ end user use.

Copy and content accuracy

  • Ensure layouts are visually clear, grammatically accurate and aligned to approved messaging.
  • Work with stakeholders to refine content hierarchy, readability and visual flow.
  • Check spelling, formatting, dates, logos, disclaimers and stakeholder details before final delivery.

Accessibility and inclusive design

  • Apply accessibility principles where relevant, including readable font sizes, colour contrast, alt-text awareness and inclusive visual representation.
  • Design materials that are professional, clear and accessible to diverse internal and external audiences.

Compliance, copyright and brand risk

  • Ensure use of licensed fonts, images, music, stock assets and templates.
  • Follow corporate approval processes, brand governance and legal/compliance requirements.
  • Protect confidential business information when creating or sharing design assets.

Photography and videography expectations

  • Capture basic photography and video content for internal events, campaigns and communication purposes were required.
  • Edit supplied or captured footage into polished videos, reels, animations or presentation-ready content.
  • Support basic lighting, framing, audio and composition standards for in-house content

Brand Execution

  • Maintain comprehensive brand guidelines.
  • Ensure consistent brand application across all divisions, departments, and communication channels.
  • Maintain a premium and professional brand identity.
  • Drive long-term visual brand strategy and recognition.
  • Ensure all creative assets align with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity system.
  • Ensure consistency across all internal and external communications.

Presentation Design & Corporate Communications

  • Design and maintain professional PowerPoint presentations and templates.
  • Create executive presentations, training materials, business proposals, and stakeholder communication decks.
  • Translate complex information into visually engaging and easy-to-understand formats.
  • Support leadership communication through effective visual storytelling.
  • Design recurring communication templates and branded business documents.

Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

  • Design communication materials for employee engagement programmes, awareness campaigns, and company-wide initiatives.
  • Create assets for recognition programmes, internal events, announcements, and business communications.
  • Support learning, training, and change management initiatives through creative design solutions.
  • Design training collateral, visual aids, and campaign materials.

Video Production & Motion Graphics

  • Develop and edit video content for internal communications.
  • Support campaign launches, events, and training initiatives through multimedia production.
  • Contribute to the growth of video content capabilities across the business.
  • Assist with photography, video production, and content creation were required.

Event Branding & Campaign Support

  • Design event branding collateral including banners, signage, certificates, promotional items, branded merchandise, and digital assets.
  • Manage print-ready artwork and liaise with suppliers to ensure quality production and delivery.
  • Support internal and external events through creative execution.
  • Ensure all event collateral align with company branding and stakeholder requirements.

Stakeholder, Supplier & Agency Management

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, stakeholders, suppliers, and external agencies.
  • Manage feedback, approvals, and creative revisions effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and production partners.
  • Coordinate supplier quotations and production requirements.
  • Manage supplier onboarding documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Provide creative guidance and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Act as a key creative partner across departments and business units.

Marketing Operations & Business Coordination

  • Support the operational effectiveness of the Marketing department through administrative, financial, supplier, and project coordination activities.
  • Manage supplier onboarding, vendor relationships, compliance documentation, and procurement processes.
  • Coordinate supplier quotations, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice submissions.
  • Liaise with Finance regarding invoices, payments, budget tracking, and supplier account queries.
  • Assist with marketing budget administration and expenditure tracking.
  • Coordinate and administer employee surveys, campaign feedback initiatives, and reporting activities.
  • Assist with data collection, reporting, and marketing administration requirements.
  • Maintain organised project documentation, supplier records, and departmental assets.
  • Coordinate meetings, briefing sessions, stakeholder reviews, and project communications where required.
  • Support strategic business initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Leadership & Creative Support

  • Provide creative input and direction across campaigns and projects.
  • Promote best practices in design, branding, and visual communication.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the creative and marketing function.

Other

  • Attend training initiatives to improve work quality and enhance skills.
  • Stay current with emerging design trends, technologies, and AI-powered creative tools.
  • Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Education/ Minimum Requirements/Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Marketing, Branding, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years' experience in branding, graphic design, multimedia design, or creative management.
  • Proven experience managing branding, marketing, and design projects.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrates branding, multimedia, presentation, marketing, and campaign work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of print production processes and supplier workflows.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of brand management and visual identity systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Note: A portfolio of relevant design, branding, multimedia, presentation and campaign work must be submitted with the application.
