NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (NBD) AREA MANAGER (COSMETICS & GROOMING)
PRETORIA & JOHANNESBURG NORTH (Gauteng) - South Africa

REPORT TO: National Sales Manager
HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 - 17:00
- Closed on Weekends & major public holidays
- Occasional promotional work on select weekend/s per annum with time off in lieu
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- R18,000 - R20,000 Basic Salary (BOE)
- Commission on opening orders & maintenance of accounts
- Performance based incentives - at management's discretion

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Based in JOHANNESBURG or PRETORIA with ease of travel to both regions
- Valid driver license and your own, personal vehicle
- Diploma achieved in Cosmetology / Beauty Specialist or Nail Technologies
- ITEC / SAAHSP / CIDESCO accreditation beneficial
- Proven experience in a B2B sales role
- Demonstrated New Business Development experience
- WiFi at home to conduct your training & business planning effectively
- Comfortable using Sales Apps & Performance metric tools
- Ability to build and maintain client rapport
- Highly sales driven - this is essential for success in this role
- Professionally groomed and highly presentable - you are the face of our brands
- Excellent communicator - English & Afrikaans professional
- Ability to travel out of town (overnight - at company expense) when operationally required
- Self motivated and accountable
- Confident in your knowledge of industry trends, local and international
