This contract role is ideal for a solutions-driven graduate who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and supporting clients through the account origination journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve client queries related to the Account Origination process
- Troubleshoot onboarding issues and identify journey blockers
- Deliver a professional and personalised onboarding experience across multiple channels including calls, web chat, and video
- Support new account applications and ensure accuracy of activations
- Educate clients on banking products and services
- Identify potential upselling opportunities based on client needs
- Ensure compliance with KYC requirements
- Meet turnaround times and productivity targets
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) Degree
- Maximum 1-2 years of experience (Please note this is a graduate opportunity)
- Strong communication and administration skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
