Role Description
This is a fulltime role for an Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner (Mobiles). The Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing occupational health care services to OHSCare clients at different sites. This includes conducting occupational health assessments and medical surveillance services at various client sites, ensuring compliance with occupational health legislation, professional standards, and company procedures.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Management of the occupational health team
- Oversight of the screening equipment
- Occupational health risk assessments
- Conducting medical examinations in accordance with client risk profiles and applicable legislation
- Assess employee fitness for work and make appropriate recommendations within scope of practice
- Oversee audiometry, spirometry, vision screening, other occupational health screening procedures
- Ensure all testing is conducted according to standard operating procedures and professional guidelines
- Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, standards, policies and procedures, client-specific requirements.
- Administration and recordkeeping. Capture data accurately and timeously.
