OEM Aftersales and Parts Specialist

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in Parts | Aftersales, specifically at an OEM Level within the Automotive Industry
• Degree or Diploma in Business Management | Supply Chain Management or related required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite | DMSs | CRM and Sales Reporting Tools
• Working experience with Warranty Processes and Technical Parts Identification required 
• Solid understanding of Parts Sales and Order Management | Dealer and Customer Support | Supply Chain Coordination | Reporting and Administration | OEM Compliance Standards
• Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
• Contactable references and payslips required upon request
