Job Summary

The office Administration (Secatoryr) Prrovides high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior executives. The role ensures smooth office operations, effective communication, and efficient coordination of executive activities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings 
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes. 
  • Handle correspondence (emails, letters, calls) on behalf of senior management 
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents 
  • Maintain confidential records, files, and documents 
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for executives 
  • Act as a liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders 
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure administrative efficiency 
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action points for management 
  • Support planning and execution of company events and meetings 
  • Ensure proper document control and filing systems
